Who i am

Every person ask this question to herself. WHO I AM?  When we look at our body thats question is commonly comes into her mind. OUR body contain millions  of cells which works day and night. When we eat or drinks food items then our body absorbed juices and digest food with helps of cells and produce energy. Without  energy we can die. Energy is deeply connected with us. Our body contain many parts billion s of cells. BUT it is amazing our mind parts thats control our whole body thats Gods gift.Find herself is a great discovery. So that we can also say that God is energy but how big energy.  We have not words to explain it. We comes from energy  and we mix with energy oneday when we die. Meditaion help him to find herself.

Sardar Hari singh Nalwa

Sardar Hari Singh Nalwa (1791–1837) was Commander-in-chief of the Khalsa, the army of the Sikh Empire. He is known for his role in the conquests of Kasur, Sialkot, Attock, Multan, Kashmir, Peshawar and Jamrud.He is also a founder Haripur, Pakistan city. Hari Singh Nalwa was responsible for expanding the frontier of Sikh Empire to beyond the Indus River right up to the mouth of the Khyber Pass. In 1831, he opposed moves by Ranjit Singh to appoint Kharak Singh as his successor as Maharaja of the Sikh Empire.[citation needed] At the time of his death, the western boundary of the empire was Jamrud.
